Tyrell Warren-Burnett

Co-Founder & Partner

Tyrell Warren-Burnett is a nationally recognized leader in higher education advancement, known for transforming annual giving programs through strategic innovation, inclusive leadership, and bold execution.

Tyrell currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving at Georgia State University, where he helps lead strategy for programs that strengthen alumni connection, increase participation, and grow philanthropic support in support of institutional priorities.

Previously, Tyrell served as Senior Director of Annual Giving at the Oregon State University Foundation, where his leadership reversed a decade-long donor decline and built a program generating more than $20 million annually in academic support. He pioneered OSU’s first giving day, #DamProudDay, growing it from $620,000 and 2,700 donors in 2019 to more than $3.5 million and 8,500 donors today, and helped pioneer one of the nation’s first Digital Experience Officer (DXO) programs alongside an AI-enabled annual giving strategy that advanced personalization and donor engagement. Earlier, he led Annual Giving at the Washington State University Foundation, where he helped launch #CougsGive in 2015 and served as Strategic Marketing and Direct Mail Coordinator. His background in sales and marketing continues to shape a fundraising approach that blends creativity with data-driven strategy.

He holds a BS from Michigan State University and an MBA from Ashford University. He serves as Chair of the CASE District VIII Cabinet and is an active member of the MSU Alumni Advisory Board. Whether he's leading a campaign, speaking at a conference, or mentoring emerging professionals, Tyrell brings energy, empathy, and a clear conviction that philanthropy can transform lives.

Cameron J. Hall, CFRE

Co-Founder & Partner

Cameron J. Hall is an award-winning executive leader and strategist with deep experience defining the strategies that inform donor acquisition, retention, and pipeline development. He builds programs from the ground up by leveraging data analytics to refine strategy, process, and procedure — and by cultivating the partnerships that allow strong programs to scale.

Cameron currently serves at the University of South Carolina, overseeing Annual Giving Programs and Unit Strategy, Creative Services and Data Insights, and Donor Experience, and is building the lead generation program ahead of a system-wide capital campaign. He serves on the senior leadership team for the Division of Development.

Previously, as Senior Director of Annual Giving at the Texas Tech University System, Cameron grew annual giving revenue by more than $1 million, built a digital marketing program whose email strategy outperformed direct mail by more than $120,000, and led the implementation of AI across annual giving, prospect research, and planned giving. As Director of Annual Giving at Augustana College, he reversed a five-year decline in alumni donor participation and launched donor societies that lifted multi-year retention. Earlier in his career, he served at the University of North Carolina Greensboro and at the University of Montevallo, where his fundraising career began.

Cameron holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Montevallo, where he is an award-winning alumnus. Outside of work, he is an avid cook, houseplant enthusiast, and access-to-healthcare advocate.

Gloria M. Goosby, CFRE

Co-Founder & Partner

Gloria M. Goosby is a veteran in annual giving and constituent engagement with more than 20 years of experience translating strategic objectives into operational plans. She is known for leveraging technology to drive sustainable growth, solving business challenges creatively, and building consensus across teams.

Gloria currently manages the mid-level program for a private foundation, serving as its inaugural leader. Her work centers on engaging a vital community of mid-level donors, standardizing business practices, and using data and technology to identify supporters with the potential for transformative impact. She partners closely with donor relations, prospect research, and data teams on portfolio development that guides donors toward continued giving and connection. Among other program wins and highlights, revenue has increased 73%.

Her career began at her alma mater, where she held a number of roles, including director of annual giving, and continued at a private institution where she led a team driving alumni participation and critical operating funds. Across her career, she has built expertise in staff management, community and employee giving campaigns, giving days, affinity-based fundraising, and board development.

Gloria holds a BS in Broadcasting from Georgia Southern University. She stays active in the field as a presenter on various annual giving and constituent engagement topics. Past engagements include work with the Direct Marketing Fundraising Association, the Annual Giving Network, and the Southeast Annual Giving Conference.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending time with her husband and young son.
