Our Story

Like many in our field, we didn't set out to become fundraisers. Gloria picked up a phone program coordinator job at her alma mater within a year of graduation, sure that it would be a brief stop on her way to graduate school. Cameron took a four-hour deadline call from a director he'd never met, offering him a Call Center Manager role he hadn't applied for. Tyrell, a first-generation college student shaped by an Upward Bound program, found that the business principles he'd studied translated naturally into building donor relationships.
